By accessing or using the Truevence website (www.truevence.in) and our background verification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Truevence provides pre‑employment and ongoing background screening solutions including identity, employment, education, criminal record, address, medical fitness, and reference checks. We act as a facilitator between employers and verification sources; we do not guarantee the accuracy of third‑party data but strive for the highest level of due diligence.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when submitting a verification request. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from the candidate before any check is initiated. Misuse of our services, such as using them for unlawful discrimination or unauthorised access, is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices.

5. Limitation of Liability

Truevence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific verification that gave rise to the claim.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
