1. Why Consent is Required

Truevence performs background verification only after obtaining explicit, documented consent from the candidate. This is both a legal requirement and an ethical obligation.

2. How We Obtain Consent

Consent is collected digitally via a consent form that the candidate signs before any checks are initiated. The form clearly explains what data will be verified, the sources we may contact, and the candidate's rights.

3. Candidate Rights

• Right to withdraw consent at any time (subject to legal obligations).
• Right to access their personal data and request corrections.
• Right to request deletion of data once the verification purpose is fulfilled.
