Refund Policy

Effective Date: 22 July 2026

1. Service Fees

Verification fees are due upon order placement. Reports are delivered once payment is confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel a verification request within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided no work has been initiated. Once a check is in progress, no refund is possible.

3. Disputes

If you believe there is an error in a report, we will re‑verify at no extra cost. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Contact@truevence.in.
